Great knifes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve loved using these knifes, I would like to know how to get them sharpened. We hone them regularly but I think they will need sharpening soon.

Nice set

The grind on the steak knives was a bit rough but a few laps with the steel on the back edge seemed to knock off the burr. I have a fair selection of other cutlery that use different kinds of metal for the blades so I have a way to compare. It will be interesting to see how this stainless holds up. I'm kind to my knives so they go years with needing nothing other than a few laps with the steel to keep a usable edge. Hope these are the same.

Sharp and quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this set as a gift - I’ve never owned a set of knives with a counter block before so I don’t know how they compare to other sets but this one seems like a quality set to me- the block is sturdy and the knives have nice handles are are sharp - came with a sharpening tool too - I haven’t owned them long enough to know if they will hold up over time but like that they are dishwasher safe

Replacing Older Cutlery Set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful knife block and knives to replace my decades old set. My mom always had Henckels cutlery so I was already familiar with the quality! Even has a few slots for additional pieces to expand the set. Sharp edges and a sharpening steel to keep them sharp. Looking forward to many years using this set.

We love these knives!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had these knives for 3.5 months and use them everyday. We hand wash (no dishwashing) and they still look and perform great. We wish the bread knife was longer and would have been great if there was another parring knife because it’s the one most often used but we hand clean after each use so we aren’t waiting on the washer to complete its cycle to use a knife. The steak knives have been great. We don’t like the block because it takes up too much space on the counter so we use a magnetic strip on the wall that we got from a previous knife set. Would buy these again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Knives are sharp and look great. This set has three empty slots for specialty knives and that is why I lowered it one star. I would prefer a complete set and be done with it. Others may like to add in.
