Exactly what we needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knife Black is a beautiful color. Knives are sharp, I wish I would have bought these sooner. They are dishwasher safe but we have been hand washing instead. I highly recommend this for a home kitchen.

I own a JA swilling henckels knife set that I love. This is not the same quality of set and I am disappointed. I would return it but had no choice but to keep it now unfortunately. The quality of this set is not comparable to the other set I purchased in Germany which is what I thought I was purchasing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best set of forged knives for the price!

I’ve been waiting to purchase a Zwilling family knife set since they produce the most excellent knives on the market today. This set is forged from cold rolled German steel (with the exception of the steak knives), has a full, solid tang and vert well-balanced in my hands. Especially the 8" chef knife. I'm very pleased!

Great Starter Set!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as my first ever knife block set moving into my apartment. I haven’t had any issues thus far. My only complaint would be the color is more of a vibrant orange than I anticipated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Knives are sharp and look great. This set has three empty slots for specialty knives and that is why I lowered it one star. I would prefer a complete set and be done with it. Others may like to add in.
