Premium German forged knives with a curved bolster that will have you handling the knife like a Pro. Block set contains the ultimate assortment with several smaller blade profiles and eight steak knives. Purchasing as a set is much more feasible than buying each of the knives in this set individually.

The variety of knives and the quality in this set is unrivaled.
The comfortable grip, the classic look, plus 8 high end steak knives. The knife feels balanced and sturdy, yet sharp as can be.

Best Selling Pro Block Sett!

These set is one of my favorite to sell at my store and with 8pc. steak set in this block is worth the price.!!! This 20pc. set is all about greatness. There is only 1 missing knife to add in this collection, either vegetable cleaver or the meat cleaver then it is your best set ever have and a lifetime investment . It is all made in Germany knives and those steak knives are awesome! Lifetime warranty for any manufacturer's defects.

This set features all the best of the Pro line. The high quality, laser finished steel. It holds an edge for a long time and takes an edge when you need to sharpen it. The comfortable angled bolster gives maximum control. It has a good, but not tiring, weight to it. And it comes with those beautiful steak knives in a dark wood block. This set will never disappoint. It has all you need. Make sure you hone as you go. And hand wash so they look like new in 20 years. Enjoy!

Perfect knife set

Pro is the most innovative design in knives in years. Most people hold a knife incorrectly, either like a hammer or with the finger on top. Both are wrong and cause fatigue and limit range of motion. The curved bolster eleviates that problem; you pick it up and automatically hold the knife correctly.
These knives are all made in Germany and forged from high carbon steel. This tells you that they will last a liftetime, are sharp and will stay sharp. It's truly a once in a lifetime investment. What else do you own that you know you will never have to replace. This is backed up by a lifetime guarantee.
This is such an incredible set because every single knife, including 8 steak knives are forged and have the awesome curved bolster. You will probably have a few favorites, but every task is covered, including a boning knife, perfect for working around chicken bones. There's also a 3" kudmono, which is an Asian style veggie knife. And a newer blade type, definitely one of my favorites, is the rocking santoku. It's perfect for veggies and fruits with it's curved, razor edge. And the always essential bread knife, truly a game changer.
It's an investment, but worth it if you love to spend time in the kitchen like I do.

You will love owning this knife block set because it is complete with each knife you'd ever need for all your cutting jobs and it is such high quality it will last forever. The Pro series is a favorite of Chef's and Home Chef's alike because of the high quality steel and the perfectly weighted handle with a curved bolster that makes the professional pinch grip comfortable and natural. Zwilling has two patented processes that make their knives superior...the Sigmaforge forging process and the Friodur ice hardening process. The first is the way heat is applied to forge the knife and the second is the series of cooling temperatures to provide maximum hardness but retaining flexibility to resist chipping and cracking. These knives are made by people who know what they are doing!
