Love this pan. Love the look, the color of the interior. The ceramic is so slick and non-stick. The strainer on the lid is really handy and the glass is nice so you can see how the contents are progressing. Washes up beautifully. Great weight! I am in the habit of using non-metal utensils, and probably won't risk changing that on my favorite pan.

This 2qt nonstick saucepan has become my new go-to, especially for quickly whipping up my mom's famous no-bake cookies. NOTHING sticks to this interior and it cleans up easier than I've ever seen from any other nonstick saucepan.

I love the next generation of ceramic coating on this pot and the addition of the straining lid is brillant. The new coating is 50% more durable and can be used with metal utensils.

The best of both worlds with this saucepan

This is a great saucepan. An upgraded version of the Spirit collection, the Zwilling Clad CFX has a much more durable ceramic nonstick that will last much longer and is more durable. I use this a lot for soups, sauces, or even to use for a stove top potpourri. I love that the lid has a strainer design to it and that the sides of the saucepan has pouring spouts. The tri-ply construction of this saucepan is really well made, it’s not going to be prone to warping or having cold spots in the pot. It heats up really well and retains the heat. I like the functionality of the Clad CFX, it’s combining the best of both stainless and nonstick cookware: durability, heat retention, healthy cooking and easy cleaning.
