This is such a great pot because it has every feature I would ever look for. Not only does it have metal utensil safe nonstick ceramic coating but it also has a stay cool handle, is oven safe, has a see through glass lid that has built in strainer holes, has a pour rim and is made from thick three ply stainless steel. I've had nonstick pans in the past that always seem to lose their nonstick quality and warp in the middle when heated but this pan is so thick and sturdy it heats up evenly and the nonstick is amazing. I can practically clean it out with just a wipe of a paper towel when I'm done. I'm really pleased with this pan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was trying to find a good product and spent hours to find something good. And I did! I love my saucepan. It is easy to clean and not sticking as Im using it to make not just soups but I also use it to cook buckweat and quinoa and it has been great experience. I love the lid because you can use as a drainer. Design is unique and it not heavy like other brands.

The best of both worlds with this saucepan

This is a great saucepan. An upgraded version of the Spirit collection, the Zwilling Clad CFX has a much more durable ceramic nonstick that will last much longer and is more durable. I use this a lot for soups, sauces, or even to use for a stove top potpourri. I love that the lid has a strainer design to it and that the sides of the saucepan has pouring spouts. The tri-ply construction of this saucepan is really well made, it’s not going to be prone to warping or having cold spots in the pot. It heats up really well and retains the heat. I like the functionality of the Clad CFX, it’s combining the best of both stainless and nonstick cookware: durability, heat retention, healthy cooking and easy cleaning.

Superbly designed, beautifully made, and incredibly functional, these pans are genuinely perfect. They have mirror polished surfaces on the outside, durable non-stick ceramic surfaces on the inside, and thoughtful details like stay-cool stainless handles, laminated construction to quickly respond to heat, and clear glass lids with two different size strainers built right in. The integral pour spouts that flare out from the sides of the pan are incredibly well-designed, both for function and for elegance. And after you use them, they clean up like a dream. They are literally the best!

Solid, beautiful, functional, intelligent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I walked into a kitchen store to replace scorched, old Le Creuset Cobalt Blue saucepans and I didn't know much about other cookware brands, but I liked the way the Zwillings looked, felt, and were priced. I bought them first, then did some online research afterward, and then used them, and at each stage of learning became happier and happier with my purchase. I have the 1 and 3 quart saucepans, and find them to be functionally elegant, ergonomic, a pleasure to pour and strain from, and they heat, cook, and wash well. Plus I like that's it's not Le Creuset , the proverbial wedding gift, so a little bit of a brand experiment that turned out well.

You'll instantly fall in love with this ceramic saucepan when you use it for the first time. The nonstick interior is the best I've ever used and has changed my cooking for the better. Not to mention, clean up has never been easier. The stainless steel exterior and aluminum core makes for perfect heat distribution and retention while the handle stays cool and the strainer lid/pouring spouts make it incredibly easy to remove liquid from it. The pan is a great weight too.

I thought it would have the same Zwilling standards, but this has a handle that gets super hot during cooking. My arthritis makes it impossible to use a hot handle with a pot holder. This was an expensive purchase that functions like a bargain basement product.
