This pan is the perfect size for so many things, and it cooks evenly and cleans up easily. I use it pretty much every day. I also have the smaller version of this pan and can't recommend it highly enough.

Great addition to my kitchen

Easy to clean, love the drainage holes for pasta. I deducted one star only because the pan is quite heavy. You need a bit of strength to hold over the sink to strain liquid.

I have only heated water in it to this point, so I can't say. It seems well constructed, but I have to say, it is a very heavy pan, especially when filled.

These pans are nice and heavy and feel of excellent quality. I bought this set because I like the glass lid, as opposed to the stainless steel lid. I’m glad I bought these

A premium pot for your premium cooking

Premium feel and works excellent! My existing pots did not work with induction so I was looking for a replacement and this Zwilling cookware fit the bill. The nonstick coating is also a nice touch and doesn't have me scraping a greasy mess or sticky pasta out of the bottom of the pot. Heats really well with induction, gas or other methods. The handle is excellent as it curves for great ergonomics.
