Check Out the Helper Handle

This sauce pan is made from a 3 ply construction (3 layers) with the middle layer being aluminum, a great heat conductor. Clad CFX pans are coated with the Ceraforce Xtreme ceramic nonstick coating which is 50% longer lasting and 3x more durable than the previous line. I love that you can use metal utensils in the pans. This pan has a helper handle which you almost never see on a 4qt sauce pan. Most importantly the pans are made without any chemicals.

Xtreme Makeover

Already a fan of Zwilling ceramic nonstick cookware, I did not hesitate to purchase this saucepan with the latest coating. More durable than previous versions, it is also scratch resistant. Pan is a nice weight with pouring spouts and the glass lid has a built-in strainer. An awesome makeover!

This size is perfect for single serve cooking, great for soup, rice and few other grains, stewing, braising, and deep frying. Its flat bottom shape stirring and mixing food is much, easier to move around spatula and spoons, easy reach corner smoothly.

straining lids!!

This is my favorite sauce pan to use for pasta and potato dishes. The high sides and straining lid is a fantastic feature. The ceramic non stick is a pretty blue color and is extremely durable and easy to clean.

I love the new ceramic Clad CFX line. I ordered this pan for quick heat ups. Coating is chemical free and a 3 ply construction. The pan also has an aluminum center layer so the heating capability is great. There is a pour spout and drain the lid / pan combo.
