I thought it would have the same Zwilling standards, but this has a handle that gets super hot during cooking. My arthritis makes it impossible to use a hot handle with a pot holder. This was an expensive purchase that functions like a bargain basement product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fabulous little pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The heat spreads evenly always and produces beautiful reduced sauces. The new style of lid with venting yet preventing splashing is much appreciated, as are the pouring lip points.
