Love the slotted cover

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only reason for 4 stars is I haven’t had a chance to put the coating to the test. We hand wash pots but have yet to get one that stands up to regular use. We don’t use metal so that helps. We will see! It’s a great pot so far
