Excellent quality

A solid pan that conducts heat beautifully. It is perfect for anything from simple boiled eggs to a thick from scratch caramel. I scalded milk yesterday for a recipe and it was a breeze to clean the pan. It’s heavy so good body mechanics a must — making it a safer pan to use actually. I love it — I can pretty much toss similar sized pans out of my kitchen and use this exclusively.

One Wasn’t Enough

A year or so ago, I bought one of these small saucepans. The size is just right for a single person. It heats quickly on my induction cooktop and the ceramic coating has been flawless. The pour spouts are another reason I bought it. So now I’ve bought a second one!

Amazing pan. Nonstick surface is top notch and heats food consistently. The lid is perfect for draining water when making pasta.
