Truly the best pans

These pans are beautifully designed. superbly made, and cook flawlessly. Mirror polished finish on the outside, with a superior non-stick ceramic surface inside. The strainer/lid design is a stroke of genius, with one side with smaller straining holes than the other side, so you can choose what and how you strain the sauces or soups. Everything is designed for maximum performance, and they look gorgeous. I absolutely love them and highly recommend them.

Well designed pan which easily can cook rice or broccoli to perfection with just a minimum of heat. I also own the blue ceramic energy pans and this is my third year where the ceramic seals are in place without chipping or wearing down. I use only silicone cooking utensils to prolong the life of this excellent cookware. Cleanup is a breeze especially if you use a blue pan safe scouring pad with barkeepers friend.

Even heat, easy to clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This saucepan works very well on my induction stove-perfect on my 7 inch hob. Heating is even and clean up is a snap. It’s got more heft than my Ninja Foodie saucepan but I love the extra handle-makes it easier to transfer and pour contents.
