Quality ceramic!

Love this pan. Love the look, the color of the interior. The ceramic is so slick and non-stick. The strainer on the lid is really handy and the glass is nice so you can see how the contents are progressing. Washes up beautifully. Great weight! I am in the habit of using non-metal utensils, and probably won't risk changing that on my favorite pan.

I love the new ceramic Clad CFX line. I ordered this pan for quick heat ups. Coating is chemical free and a 3 ply construction. The pan also has an aluminum center layer so the heating capability is great. There is a pour spout and drain the lid / pan combo.

straining lids!!

This is my favorite sauce pan to use for pasta and potato dishes. The high sides and straining lid is a fantastic feature. The ceramic non stick is a pretty blue color and is extremely durable and easy to clean.

This Clad CFX 2qt. Saucepan ceramic nonstick is PTFE & PFOA FREE, no harmful chemical, it is easier to cook with and far more durable. It is great for cooking soups and rice, broiling and browning, stewing, braising and deep frying is effortless.
Its flat bottom shape stirring and mixing food is much, easier to move around spatula and spoons, easy reach corner smoothly.
Clad construction with aluminum core heats up evenly and quickly, base stays flat even when heated and will not warp. This pot handle is comfortable, allows for easy maneuvering and roomy stay cool handle.
Safe to use with metal utensils, 10x more scratch resistant and more durable however wood and silicone tip spatula and spoon is recommended.

Xtreme Makeover

Already a fan of Zwilling ceramic nonstick cookware, I did not hesitate to purchase this saucepan with the latest coating. More durable than previous versions, it is also scratch resistant. Pan is a nice weight with pouring spouts and the glass lid has a built-in strainer. An awesome makeover!
