Quality Pot

This 4qt pot is the perfect size for so many uses. Everything from sauce to custards. The non stick surface will last a long time. It can take metal utensils but I will use mostly plastic or wood. Easy clean up. The lid has slots in it to strain contents or lets a little steam out. Twist the lid and it closes the slots and most steam stays in. Also the pot has pouring spouts for easy pouring and has an additional handle for stability. Wait for a sale, and you will not regret it. You get what you pay for.
