Love this for the beauty in the black block. Mostly, tho, the Pro knives are tried and true in all ways - proven Friodur ice-hardening process for sharpness and strength, full tang and 3-rivet handle. Newer curved bolster for finger support and comfort. Can see why this is one of Zwilling's best selling knife series.

This is a great set. The Zwilling Pro line is the best I've ever used. The curved bolster is comfortable to hold and encourages the proper holding of the knife naturally. The forged German steel blades are very sharp and strong. They hold their edge for a long time and are easy to maintain. This set has everything I need from smaller prep to larger slicing and bread knives. The block is well engineered specifically to fit these knives perfectly and goes well with the black handles.

The knives are sharp, heavy-duty, and wash really well. I expect these to last a lifetime. The block itself is also super sleek looking.
