German Perfection

Pro knives are the workhorse knives of my kitchen. This block has everything you need to cook any meal. Made from German Special Formula Steel and ice hardened the knives are durable and sharp. They can go through small bones with no problems. I don't always get me knives washed immediately (they might sit in the sink for awhile) but never rust or tarnish and that speaks volumes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This collection of knives and the quality with which they are made ensures that you will use them daily and for a very l long time.
This set of knives is one of Zwilling's best. Pro line knives feature the most innovative design thinking, and are manufactured with the latest technology in the industry. They each have a fully integrated angled bolster that is easy to pinch grip, keeping the thumb and forefinger in the correct position for maximum control. The full tang of the blade is riveted in three places to the contoured composite handle for comfort and security.
And every knife is forged from the one of the best cutlery steels available. The quality of the steel is important because the better the steel, the longer a knife will hold an edge and how easy it will be to sharpen. These knives will stand up to a lifetime of use. Minimal maintenance. Hone them regularly and sharpen, at most, once a year. I hand wash so they look brand new, but they are dishwasher safe.

These Pro knives will look stunning in this black block featuring all of the great knives one could need! The slanted slots are designed for the innovative curved bolsters to safely rest. Those curved bolsters were made with the professional pinch grip in mind, hence the Pro name. Get a grip on these essential knives and you'll never want another knife.

Great for first time buyer looking for a big block set. This block is full of essential knife for every cutting needs, will cut meat, vegetables, fruits and bread.
Every knife has its purpose, neither too big nor too large in my hand.
This is perfect for wedding and housewarming gift idea, even a gift t yourself.
It's exciting to sharpen Pro knives, it's the easiest knife to sharpen because of its half bolster blade.
Pro is a full tang knife, curved bolster encourages cutting with improved precision, safety and comfort. These knives is forged from a single piece of Special Formula High-Carbon NO STAIN stainless steel, ice-hardened FRIODUR blade sharper longer, and has superior resilience and durability.
By the way, gorgeous solid wood black block. These are dishwasher safe knives.

Fabulous set. I will never ever need another set of knives. Hearty, durable, sharp the curved bolster makes the pinch grip feel so natural. Plus you can hone and sharpen all the way down the blade without running into the bolster. This set has all the knives we will ever need plus slots to add steak knives.The black block with the black handles is very attractive.

You have to get these knives in your hand to appreciate the innovative bolster. I like to have full use of the blade. I use the back edge of the blade for mincing. I also like the full length for ease in sharpening and honing. This is a great "lifetime" set. I like the additional spots for steak knives. the blades are well balanced, sharp and durable. these knives are designed for lots of production. the western blade angle is hefty and will cut through the strongest of meats and vegetables with ease. the grip is comfortable and I really like the classic three rivet look. the black block is sleek! great look.
