Extra thin and slicy blade stock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great all around knives for the kitchen the blade sock is very thin and slicy yet the steel is strong enough to handle it the palms will can feel awkward at first but is actually beneficial as far as stability and control!!!

Feel like a chef!

I’ve been cooking for over 45 years and was recently given these knives as a gift from my husband. They are incredibly sharp! I was chopping, dicing, and mincing my veggies with ease. I love the weight and feel of the handles. This is the perfect set for beginning cooks and experienced cooks alike. I’m donating all my old knives and adding to my collection!

We received these knives as a wedding present after using old Cuisinart knives for the past year. These are so much better, comfortable to use and sharp.

Good, except 6" knife

Online you show two versions of the 30723-162 as part of this set. One with a straight blade after the finger protector, and one where the blade curves up after the finger protector. I received the one with the curved blade, which limits the amount of the blade that can be used to cut. Also the set is not well balanced. I expected better from Zwilling
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great set

This knife set is perfect for the knifes you use on a daily basis. I was so impressed when I first used them. They came out of the box super sharp. My first cut was with the chef knife. I cut a bunch of thick carrots like they were butter. I am very happy with them.
