The weight of the knives and cutting is optimal enabling easy food preparation. This is my first Zwilling set and I very pleased with its performance. I received a strong recommendation to buy them and I will pass it on to my family and friends!

Sharp and well crafted

These knives have excellent balance, materials, and craftsmanship. The pins are set perfect, the handle feels excellent to hold, and is sharp out of the box. I sliced a lime for tequila shots and it was smooth as butter. 5/5 so far, based on materials I doubt that this review will change over time.

I love the weight of this knife set. The balance is perfect to hold. Not a cheap metal. A metal that will last over time with appropriate care from corrosion. I finally have to knife set I wanted.

Very impressed with these knives. Well balanced and very durable. Not very often that you see good quality knives that are dishwasher safe.
