[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Knives are sharp. Love the self sharpening aspect. Concerned about others reviews I've seen regarding rust but I plan to take care of them and hopefully it doesn't happen.

My wife has worked in the food industry for years and was very familiar with the brand as a number of chefs she worked with used them.
