Well known knife brand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a well known company which is why my father bought this set for me. He purchased this brand in Germany and had no problem investing in a set for me. However he noticed that this Set is made in China and not in Germany. Then we used it a couple times and put it in the dishwasher as was labeled as dishwasher safe, but found it had rusted. We took it back to exchanged it and read on to learn that while
It’s dishwasher safe, it’s recommended not to allow it to sit in wet conditions at all as it can tarnish.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The thicker handles feel perfect in my hand. The weight makes you feel like your in a 5 star kitchen! I would like to have had the shears in this set but there's absolutely nothing to complain about! Everyone should have these knives!

Great QUALITY, nice finish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this set as a gift from my employer. I Didn't think I actually needed new knives (except I did need new steak knives) but when I unboxed them I was blown away at the quality of the handles and the nice finish on the blades.
I had owned an inexpensive set, by Wolfgang Puck, that has held up well but they never held a good edge for long. Not so with these, only needing an occasional honing probably due to a better quality steel.
Even though I didn't originally pay for these you really "Get what you pay for".
