[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using these for just a few days I feel I will forever be defined by these knives. My kitchen can only accept Miyabi, for it's exquisite craft, beauty, and sharpness. I've never been more impressed by cutlery as I have been with the Prep set I received. Thank you, Miyabi, for helping me find that perfect cut every time.
