A great fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We sampled several of the Zwilling and Wüsthof models. But when I picked up the Zwilling Pro the fit and feel instantly made my decision. The blade just felt right. The taper of the ricasso on each knife molded to my hand perfectly. These blades are sharp! They hold an edge well and just work like a fine blade is supposed to. Whether in the hands of an amateur like myself or a pro like my son these are the knives you want in your kitchen.
