Admire this unique artichoke cocotte as decoration or as the perfect artichoke dip vessel. You can easily transfer your just-baked dip from the oven to the table and show off to whomever is lucky enough to be in your kitchen.

This is a Staub enthusiast collectors piece. It's actually functional and has the famous Staub black matte finish so cook away. We use it for hot and or cold dips all the time. I like making rice in it, turns out perfect every time.

one of a kind, whimsical Staub cast iron. I can't help myself, I like cooking greens in this pot. I have braised escarole and kale to perfection. It's just the right size and shape!

One word, collectables! The artichoke is stunning IRL, the colors and the shine are unparalleled. I have the tomato, pumpkin and now the articoke and they all love on open shelving in my kitchen. So beautiful and they go from the oven to table beautifully. I am so glad I started my collection and can't wait to add to it.

Adorable. Three quarts in size, was bigger than I had expected. Not only functional but looks great on my stovetop. I have the pumpkin, tomato and now this. I like to swap them out with the seasons.
