Green soup, green pot!

I love the whimsical design of this pot. Green and white soups look beautiful in it as well as vegetable dishes such as gratins.
This is a perfect example of how Staub is beautiful enough to go from the oven or stove top directly to the table as a lovely serving dish.
There are small ceramic artichoke pieces that can be used as serving dishes to match!

Delightful and practical

The artichoke design is meticulous from the perfect green color, lid design, curves in the base, down to the cute little handles.
Don't be misled by the cute design; this little guy can be a work horse. It has amazing Staub features like the beautiful, chip resistant enameling on the outside. It also has the black interior that doesn't require seasoning, browns beautifully and cleans up easily.
My first thought would be serving a party dip. Perfect because it holds its heat so well. But its 3 qt size would also be ideal for soups, stews or even baking bread.

The newest addition to my Staub novelty collection. It is proudly displayed with the Pumpkin and Heirloom Tomato. Perfect size for smaller mains or ample side dishes. Stove top to table makes this an ideal serving dish all while keeping your contents warm.

Bring a touch of whimsy to the table

This cast iron pot brings a smile whenever I see it. It's as much a collectors piece as it is cooking vessel. This pot comes to the table when I make artichoke soup. Split pea has made an appearance too. So have mashed potatoes, rice pilaf and ratatouille. So you aren't limited to what you cook in here, so I just get creative!

You will love everything about this stunning Staub artichoke! One of the most beautiful presentation pieces I have seen! Serve soups, casseroles, rice dishes, pasta dishes or add meats. Literally for anything and everything! It will be the topic of conversation at the table!

Love to Serve from this beautiful pot

This is one of those pots that goes from stove/oven to table so nicely! It's definitely a conversation piece plus it has all the qualities you'd expect from a Staub cocotte. The black matte interior never needs seasoning and has superior browning and clean up qualities. The majolique glazing provides depth of color like no other. This is so pretty you'll want to leave it on your stove top all the time!

I love this like artichoke cocotte! I mainly use this for dips (spinach and artichoke dip in particular), but it really can do anything. It can go on your stove or inside your oven, make stews, or rice, whatever you want it to do! Very unique piece, there is nothing like it out there.
