I use this beautifully made pan to prepare all the ribeye steaks, pork chops and flounder fish I cook during the week. The thick enamel protects the cast iron pan on both the inside cooking surface and the outside blue surface. I use either butter or a bit of grape seed oil, and there’s very little stuck on. It cleans easily and looks brand new after seasoning it with a little oil. This pan will last a lifetime!

not your grandma's cast iron

Hands down, so versatile. Breakfast-eggs, bacon, frittata or pancakes. Sear steaks then throw it in the oven to finish it. Or celebrate with the kids and make a huge chocolate chip cookie, served warm with ice cream. The enamel makes it so easy to clean compared to traditional cast iron. Great weight.

This fry pan is amazing! Though the cast iron makes it heavier than your average fry pan, the nonstick enameled coating makes it perfect for browning and searing. I use this dark blue fry pan all the time to fry up homemade tortillas, brown shrimp or make a good old fashioned grilled cheese!

Favorite Fry Pan

The interior black matte finish in the fry pan produces an exceptional sear finish on all meats or anything that you are pan frying. My son always ask if I can make his steak in this pan - he loves the way the meat sears. .

A cast iron that is so versatile!

This cast iron stands out for having an extra handle for more control when transfering your delicious food to your beautiful staub cast iron plate and keep it warm. That spout is so useful to keep those juice in the right place. Plus this is a fun color to have, blue it is!

This is an all-around pan for breakfast, lunch & dinners! Eggs, fried or hash brown potatoes, grilled cheese variations, eggplant parmesan, salmon or turkey burgers, and much more! No limits on what you can do with this. Also love the side spouts.

Bacon anyone?

I use this pan all the time but my favorite thing to cook in it is bacon either on the stove top or in the oven. Because it's cast iron it cooks evenly and browns perfectly not mater what surface you are using it on.
Try a shallow loaf of bread or a spatchcocked chicken in it, you will love the results!
