This fry pan is a must have! Though the cast iron makes it heavier than your average 10" fry pan, the enameled coating is ideal for browning and searing...just what you want in a fry pan! Fry up tortillas, brown some chicken or grill up a good old fashioned grilled cheese all in this gorgeous and classic grenadine color.

Grenadine Staub cast iron is gorgeous to add in your collections. Skillets with double handle stands out for having an extra handle for more control when transfering your delicious food to your beautiful Staub cast iron plate and keep it warm. That spout is so useful to keep those juice in the right place.

This is the piece of Staub I give the most as a gift. I have given to everyone in my family, including my nephew who uses it camping and put directly in the fire, or a grate over the campfire. It is so versitile as well, using for bacon, eggs, hamburgers, saute onions, one pan dishes and desserts. I bake cakes in my as well as all the dishes listed above. Good Pizookie pan as well. So many uses and is one of my most used pans in the kitchen.

This pan does a great job when I need a good heavy skillet. I use it to make my sausage gravy and the flavor is rich and intense. The shape is perfect with gently sloping sides and large flat surface to cook on. I love having the helper handle since cast iron is so heavy even without food!

Great weight-maintains heat everywhere evenly. Cooks two large cuts of meat handily. Beautiful grenadine/burgundy colour. Cleans so much easier than un-enameled skillets.

Great fry pan and great baking dish. Fry chicken and potatoes that crisp and brown to perfection. Have baked breads, cookies and other desserts in this pan, and everything turns out as nicely as if prepared in a traditional baking pan.
