Perfect for frying and always even heat. I use it to braise and sear chicken breasts and burgers.

Pizza pan

I found a terrific recipe for deep dish pizza in a cast iron skillet and my family loves it. We decided that instead of it being a side dish, we'd prefer it become the main course so I needed to get another skillet. Thought (for a fast second) about getting a cheaper version but decided to stay with Staub. It was the right call, now we have two 10" deep dishes pleanty for us to enjoy. The blue is my go to color!

Affordable, Modernized Cast Iron Pan

It's like an old school cast iron pan that doesn't need to be babied! Tough enameled inside and out...and pouring spouts are dripless and wonderful.
