This is a fantastic pot. First of all, it is absolutely beautiful. The Grenadine color, the quality detail of the construction and, of course, the little pig on top make this pot a beautiful piece of kitchen decor as well as a functionally amazing pot. The heat transference/consistency within the pot is perfect and was a noticeable upgrade from our other pots from the very first time we used it. The unique interior of the lid helps to keep food moist and delicious. And it even cleans up very easily. Hands down our favorite pot that we've ever used!

Best Dutch Oven!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s no secret Staub is the best you can get when it comes to cast iron products. I just received my dark blue Dutch oven and I am beyond pleased. I have already made a few recipes and can see that this will be the top kitchen item for all of our cooking needs. From the elegant design, to the excellent engineered lid for basting and ensuring food does not dry out, and quality of materials, this pot will last generations. I also love that it is made in France!

It has a smooth inner cooking surface, non stick, it browns my food evenly and in no time. The beautiful glazed exterior makes for an easy clean up. I look forward to using it every day!
