Beautiful burnt orange color, this 6 quart cocotte is the perfect size for my family of five. Use several times a week for, stews, sauces, stocks, braises, roasts and more.
The cast iron enamel is finished with a nice strong, and durable coating that is easy to clean, and stays nice and shiny. No need to season, these pans do not rust, and are easy to clean, thanks to the dark black interior. The interior is resistant to staining, and helps caramelize meats and vegetables, adding flavor and eye appeal.
Works with my induction cook top, can also be used in the oven up to 500 degrees. Love how well it works in the kitchen, and looks fabulous on the table.
Can't say enough about this pan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love the dark blue color. I didn’t see it in person before I purchased it online which I regret. I bought this to bake bread in but the wide size isn’t ideal for that. Ultimately I still love it but will need to purchase a different size to accommodate most smaller bread recipes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Lid serves 3 functions, tightly covers, continuous moisture redistribution spikes underneath, spoon rest on top, easy clean interior with Barkeepers liquid or powder, non stick interior surface that won’t strip, chip or crack into pieces, they handle any task thrown at them oven or stove top to table presentation, intense colors, the list goes on.....SIMPLY THE BEST CAST IRON BRAND IN THE WORLD!!!
