I reall ylove the shape of this Dutch oven. It is perfect for stews and braising with a lot of liquids. The wide surface area give a great opportunity to reduce the gravy and have it thicken up naturally. The cute little piggy on top is just darling and makes me smile everytime I lift the lid!

Add a seasonal blast of color to the kitchen and dinner table with this burnt orange cochon. This piece is extremely versatile and the opportunities are almost endless for what you can cook in here. The size is pretty perfect and the interior Staub technology will produce incredible results. Plus who doesn't LOVE that pig knob?!

This pig knob made me really fall in love with this piece! This cocotte is already extremely versatile, keeps food extremely moist, and cooks to perfection with the Staub technology.

I really love the shape of this stunning grenadine Cocotte. It is perfect for stews and braising with a lot of liquids. You can get a nice sear on the meat prior to the braising because of the surface area. The wide surface area also give a great opportunity to reduce the gravy and have it thicken up naturally. The cute little piggy on top is just darling and makes me smile everytime I lift the lid!

I bought this pot for myself as a birthday present 7 years ago and I am so happy that I did! I love the fact that the bottom of the pot has more surface area than other pots so that I can brown meat in less batches. I love using this for stews and pasta sauce!

The wide cocotte is so worth the investment. I love that I can fit a roast in there and it fit well on the bottom without having to cut it up to make it fit. It browns so well, and it has been great for stews and soups. There are so many things this piece can do, and it has a PIG KNOB!!

Could not resist the pig finial.!! Stunning Staub color- Perfect for fall stews and soups.. Ample base for lots of browning. This pot is everything you would expect from Staub. Incredible even heating and heat retention. Tight fitting lid with the dimples under the lid for moisture flow.
