The perfect steak pan. I love to season some filets and sear them on each side and transfer them to the oven for finishing them off. They end up with a very nice char on each side and cooked evenly throughout. This pan is definitely one of my favorites. Everyone should have one.

I love to use this frypan for chicken breasts, dredge in seasoned flour, skin side down with some butter in the pan. Fry until it sizzles, then move to the oven for 20 minutes. Turn the breasts over and let them rest on the rib bones, bake another 30 minutes. The drippings then make an amazing pan gravy. Whenever the kids see this pan they always ask for the baked chicken in a pan!

I think about Breakfast items with this pan. Love using this pan for biscuits and cornbread. Also, fantastic for sticky buns!! Bacon will fry evenly and home fries get nice and crispy.The pour spouts and helper handle are a bonus.

I can get 6 or more chops in this size and brown them up beautifully on top of the range, then finish them thru in the oven. The helper handle is so nice to have and the pour spouts allow me to get wonderful pan drippings for gravy!

This double handle skillet gives better control when transferring your food, searing and browning is excellent. It will quickly become your go-to cooking vessel, perfect for sauteing, and frying. Colorful enamel outside adds flare to your kitchen and table. Graphite is such a neutral blend, feels refreshing in the eye. A spout is so useful to keep those juice in the right place. Dishwasher safe, handwashing is highly recommended.

This is my go to pan for searing chicken breasts! The sear from this pan is amazing and great when you are not looking for the grill marks.It's a bit heavy , but the helper handle is key to transport with confidence. I like the addition of the pouring spouts.

You absolutely cannot beat the quality of Staub. The colors are stunning and the black interior performs like a champ. It browns beautifully, and afterall, color is flavor. Everything releases nicely making clean up super easy. It is the perfect pan for frying fish, chicken or anything. But don't stop there, it does a great job with cornbread. I love the crispy crust I get when baking. I've had a 10" fry pan for over 10 years and it still looks brand new.

Unlike Grandma's prized fry pan, Staub enameled cast iron does not require pre-seasoning. The cooking surface provides perfect searing, browning and caramelization. Ideal for frying Grandma's famous fried chicken or baking her cornbread recipe.
