Perfect Skillet

I absolutely love this skillet! The cast iron is so easy to use because it is enameled so that I don't have to do any special care, like I would have to do if it were just plan cast iron. I love that when I heat it up, the skillet is a very even heat and stays hot for a long time.

I recently added this fry pan to my Staub collection and can't believe I waited so long to do so.
It fries, sautes and braises beautifully. The pan has amazing heat distribution and works well on my not so great stove top. It can go into the oven up to 500F, perfect for making dutch baby pancakes.

Had a 10"...needed slightly larger. Solid enameled cast iron with cleanability! Grenadine is the Company's most stunning colour as well. Try this one.

I love Staub fry pans and have them in every size. This is my favorite because I can make a family dinner in it. The interior of pan has Staub's famous black matte finish and produces beautiful searing. The pan has pour spouts for liquid removal and it works on all cooking surfaces. It also can handle heat up to 900F, yikes!

This is my favorite fry pan on earth! The heat capability of the pan is amazing - heats up quickly and evenly, and produces a beautiful sear. It can handle heat up to 500F so go ahead pan fry the steak and finish it under the broiler - old school.

Large enough for 3 to 4 steaks. Sturdy. Enameled interior aids greatly in cleaning. Even heat distribution...even on smaller burner. The deep blue enameled exterior adds to the beauty. Dual spouts don't drip when pouring

Seers/braises like those old trusty rusties...however, all-over enamel heats just as evenly and cleans twice as well. The nearly drip-proof pour spouts are a big plus.

Basil is a subtle green shade. The enamel inside and out is helpful for cleaning and durability. The pouring spouts are quite a helpful feature.
