love the size of this skillet!

I can get 6 or more chops in this size and brown them up beautifully on top of the range, then finish them thru in the oven. The helper handle is so nice to have and the pour spouts allow me to get wonderful pan drippings for gravy!

I love to use this vivid green frypan for chicken breasts, dredge in seasoned flour, skin side down with some butter in the pan. Fry until it sizzles, then move to the oven for 20 minutes. Turn the breasts over and let them rest on the rib bones, bake another 30 minutes. The drippings then make an amazing pan gravy. Whenever the kids see this pan they always ask for the baked chicken in a pan!

I am pleased that this pan has an enameled exterior surface, including the bottom, and that it is flat. We are looking at purchasing a stove that is a glass top and it is a must to have these characteristics in an iron pan. I love the color and size.

This fry pan is a must have! Though the cast iron makes it heavy, the enameled coating is ideal for browning and searing...just what you want in a fry pan! Fry up tortillas, brown some chicken or bake a homemade pizza all in this gorgeous and classic grenadine color.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a little more $$ than the traditional cast iron out there. But the performance and clean up is well worth it. So glad I purchased the 12". Bigger is always better!
