Love how hot this gets, perfect for a nice sear on steak, can't wait to use it for sweet baking! Love the fact its enamelled and can soak if needed to loosen anything stuck, although that has been minimal. Have a Lodge fry pan and it takes alot more care to maintain than this one! Will be using this for years to come! Buy this first and you won't be disappointed!

Finally, a fry pan that doesn’t stick!

This isn't my first Staub purchase from Zwilling J. A. Henckels, and there is a reason for that. Staub cookware is "heirloom quality", nothing else cooks like it, and when dealing with Zwilling J. A. Henckels, you always get what you ordered, right color, right size, always in a prompt manner. First class all the way!

Hard to clean, heavy, and difficult to keep

The grey would have been so much prettier. Cleaning it is difficult. I spend too much time cleaning this pan. The green color is more of an emerald green and I'm not as impressed with how it looks. I have followed all protocol as noted on the little book, but this pan still ended up with some spots after I used it one time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Staub fry pan gives you the look of traditional cast iron plus amazing benefits and beautiful exterior. The enamel does not require seasoning, browns and carmelizes beautifully, washes up with soap and water and is even dishwasher safe. Love the extra space in the 12" fry pan.

This Skillets is the best.

This double handle skillet gives better control when transferring your food, searing and browning is excellent. It will quickly become your go-to cooking vessel, perfect for sauteing, and frying. Colorful enamel outside adds flare to your kitchen and table. Graphite is such a neutral blend, feels refreshing in the eye. A spout is so useful to keep those juice in the right place. Dishwasher safe, handwashing is highly recommended.
