Only issue is the wood expands and contracts with the temp, so it can be hard to get the base off the glass. We use this as our primary source of drinking and cooking water in a household of two and love it! We always keep it full, but when we have guests the water can get low and the spigot is kind of high on the basin, so it can be hard to get the last few cups out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to fill your water bottles!

I have had my dispenser for about a year and I love it. It has a easy to use spigot for filling water bottles and looks spiffy on my counter. The only problem I had with it was the base cracked. I contacted customer service and Chris told me he would send a replacement at no charge. Thank you Zero Water for providing nice products and excellent customer service.

Excellent Customer Service/Product Works Perfectly

Seldom, these days, am I impressed with both the quality of the product and the customer service. When I initially set up the product, I didn't read the instructions and I thought the product was not working. I quickly learned that the filter is not dropped into the hole on the reservoir, it is screwed in. After everything was set up properly, the product worked as advertised. I test the water everyday and I compare it to tests from the tap (to be certain that the detection device is working). Everyday, without fail, I am assured that the product is working as described. I use this at work and everyone is thoroughly impressed. Some have bought a dispenser or pitcher for theirself. I am now in the process of buying a pitcher for home use as well as a pitcher for my adult son who loves the idea of clean and safe drinking water. This dispenser will be featured in the next newsletter for being the most reusable item (everyone has started refilling their reusable water bottles and has reduced the amount of waste from disposable water bottles). When I purchase the pitcher for home use, my family will no longer be buying water bottles. I have finally convinced them to be environmentally conscience, at least with water bottles. This is a huge change as our household typically uses 3-4 cases per month.

Dumb design

I was so excited for my water filter to arrive. I am mediately put it together and discovered several things:
1). It is really heavy and slippery
2). The filter takes a really long time (it is at the top)
3). The filter leaks, but I can’t take it out while it is full of water
4). The Spicket in addition to being a cheap plastic is several inches above the bottom so you cannot use the bottom gallon of water! Another words I have to drag a gallon of water over to the sink and dump it out to clean it.

I have used Zero water for years and can't say enough good about it!
This is perfect for my needs! 30 cups is about what i use everyday, so the dispenser is filled daily and easily. The spigot is the best. My arthritic fingers could no longer push the "plug" in to get water out. I'm very happy with it and would strongly recommend it.

It's great to have a larger filtering device, the spout is too high (leaving a lot of water below the spout that won't come out unless you tip it forward) and the airflow is not great so we had to fiddle with it to get the spout to flow fully. The design could be improved especially for the price
