OVERALL PRODUCT SATISFACTION
on August 5, 2020

Length of ownership:1 year or longer
We have the 30 cup Ready pour unit that we keep refrigerated. The unit fits perfectly on one side of a second shelve in the fridge, leaving ample space for storage on the shelf. We did have a couple of failures with the plastic spicket, but ZERO Customer Service, expeditiously shipped a replacement unit. So far the product has performed trouble free and the water is astonishingly refreshing. We refuse to drink any other water, as a matter of fact we fill our own portable disposable bottles for travel. We as your customer realize that no product is perfect and free from defect, but we are pleased with your willingness to listen to our requests for more enhancement to the ongoing quality, while maintaining reasonable pricing. Thanks for great service and a great product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Super happy with my filter everything I cook with and drink has been much better. Have recommended it to my patients and people in passing when I see them buying all those plastic bottles that compromises their health.

Nice dispenser except for the base and spigot
on March 25, 2021

Length of ownership:1 year or longer
I like the glass container and design. The spigot is cheap and gets more difficult to turn over time. The base is beautiful wood but un fortunately splits after getting wet as it will from splashing when the dispenser is filled. If the 40 cup dispenser was available when I ordered this one I would have gone with that one.

2 things to change and it would be perfect

Please do heed the many requests to place the spigot at the bottom of the glass container. It helps with the gravity feed and also with not wasting water that you have to pour out if you want to clean the unit (not all of us just keep pouring more water in without cleaning. And please, use a stainless steel spigot. Plastic is not the way to go.

Redesign the spigot for the forty cups
on May 2, 2020

Please redesign the forty cups so the spigot can sit on the bottom of pitcher. Maybe the make the stand a little taller. I have two gallon of water filter diff. brand it had the same problem the spigot sits too way high about one gallon of water I can't get accessible to. Thank you

Thank you for taking the time to post your review. I have shared your comments with our product design team. I use this unit as well and add water often so that the spigot level does not come into play.

The wooden base breaks
on December 23, 2019
Posted by: Aashley
Length of ownership:1 week
I love this design and pre-ordered the dispenser. But within a week the wooden base cracked down the middle. So I wrote to ZeroWater and they were very helpful in sending a replacement. Unfortunately, the same exact thing happened within 24 hours! Also the spout is painted chrome and easily chips off, I'm worried the paint can get in the water. Overall a beautiful design that I would love to have but such a disappointing beta model. Hopefully they fix it soon as the wooden base breaking so easily is a cheap design but also a safety hazard.

It leaks terribly. No way to tighten the plastic “nuts” that attach the spigot. I have to keep filling it with water because it leaks so bad. Can’t use the beautiful wooden stand as I have to keep the jar with the spigot over the sink. Very disappointing because the larger jar was expensive.

Spigot doesn’t let any water out
on October 6, 2020

I liked the look of this filter a lot and thought it would be great for encouraging our son to fill his own water glass, but the spigot doesn’t let any water out. It just drips slowly. We went back to drinking water out of the tap it was so frustrating. And I have no idea how to return it. Don’t waste your money!
