Beautiful design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The handles are what caught our attention first. They really stand out from the competition. However, once fridge was home and we had a chance to use fridge there are a couple engineering design flaws we noticed. Such as the middle shelf brackets are not symmetrical. Meaning the center bracket is longer than the 2 outside ones by 2 notches. If you attach to the middle bracket at its lowest point the outside edge has nothing to attach to which causes the shelf to tilt with no support. At the price of this fridge I expected better engineering. On another note the ice maker when bin is empty you need to tug with some effort to open. This is not a problem once ice starts to fill bin. This next item may be a one off. But compressor/condensor is noisy. Last item is a rivet on lower freezer bin is missing. Not a big deal but things do start to add up. With all that being said we do have the opportunity to return fridge which we will do. And replacing it with another of the same make and model and hoping we do better.
Pros: Attractive Design, Compact

Miserable door design...super hard to close

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Jenn Air for 15 years and was very happy with it...one large door on top and freezer on bottom. After it gave way, I wanted a Jenn Air again...but I do not like the new design. the french door doesn't close easily and the bottom drawer is freezing the food, the ice maker takes up unecessary room and the fridge makes noises the old one didnt...finally I liked the black on the side of the fridge and now I have dismal grey. And there is technically 1 more cubic inch of space, but it feels like I have less room..things don't fit as easily in the two side small shelves...just no improvements in 15 years...old design was much better.
Pros: Quality Construction
Cons: Unstable, Hard To Use, Bulky
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only been using the fridge for about 2 weeks but I love the look of it, wish there was more room for taller bottles. The inside fridge water dispenser is very slow and drips after filling.

Cons: Leaks

I was burned by a Samsung purchase that worked great for 2 years then was nothing but a headache for the next 4 years leading me to purchase this refrigerator to replace it.

Happy with the Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been pleased with the fridge........both the fridge and the freezer have more space than we expected. Our only complaint is the shelves in the fridge have quite a gap at the back of the fridge......narrow bottles can drop down.
