Freezer stops working randomly and making noises

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My brand new refrigerator is making such loud noises it actually startled me from the other room. The freezer is going up and down and we have experienced our frozen food thawed several times in the last 2 weeks we have had it. Trying to work out the warranty with no luck.
Cons: Unstable

Great refrigerator but it makes weird sounds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this refrigerator 10/2023, everything works great but it makes an audible gurgling sound soon after delivery. We had it checked out from a professional since it was under warranty and he explained that it's a common occurrence. It's a flap inside that helps control the temp flow from the freezer. He replaced some parts but warned that the sound might come back but everything should still be functional. Sure enough, after about 2 months (quicker than I expected) the sound returned and now I've just accepted the fact that we have a noisy refrigerator at times.
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice fridge with customizable shelves

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this fridge as it feels bigger than it actually is. The shelves are very customizable and the storage in the doors is considerable. The deli tray is nice although I wish I could open the deli tray flap without having both doors open. One knock I have against it, is that it makes some sort of vibration noise that I need to slightly nudge the fridge to stop. I am sure it may just be the tile it is sitting on slightly level, but there is no way that I know of to, adjust it. From that regard, it is a slight annoyance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this refrigerator at our local appliance store and waited a few weeks before delivery. Our last refrigerator had been a floor model and only lasted 3 years. For this reason, we requested a brand new model and were willing to pay full price. So far, so good after 2 weeks. No issues with water or ice or produce getting frozen due to inefficient fan on our 4 year old Kitchen Aid side by side.
Fingers are crossed that this was a good decision. Ice is in a drawer in the bottom with a scoop, and water dispenser is inside the left upper refrigerator door for filling bottles or glasses.
Really pleased with this model ( no exterior logo) and I would recommend to others.
