[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement of the almost identical model. The previous one we spent money on repairing and it failed again due to internal leak, not able to repair. So Jennair offered us a fair price for a replacement
Pros: Convenient, Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Quality Construction

Doors Misaligned and Not Adjustable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After installing and leveling our new fridge, the doors were misaligned. The manual has a procedure for aligning the doors by adjusting a screw in the right lower hinge with the 1/8 in hex wrench provided. That would be great except for the fact that neither wrench nor screw actually exists. Looking for help through email and chat was useless. They provide the same manual with incorrect information and suggest scheduling service. Jennair seems to have "upgraded" the design to not allow for door alignment while providing an outdated manual. This is marketed as a high end appliance. It is not.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
