[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought JennAir at the recommendation of the owner of the store and liked that it was a strong US brand. The refrigerator shelves can’t hold much weight so things like soups or a big plate of left overs you will need to be careful. My wife is not happy with the size of the freezer as it doesn’t hold too much. It is a very nice looking refrigerator and I love the ice cube tray.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge looks cool and matches other appliances we just got. temperature is very well maintained. Only wish that instead of being counter-depth that it was full depth fridge for more capacity. I could have pulled the cabinets out a few inches to achieve the same look.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did expect the JennAir French Door refrigerator to be a little more upscale than the Kitchenaide French door refrigerator that I had been looking at. But, no, it’s EXACTLY the same and more money, and made by the same manufacturer, Whirlpool. Nothing against Whirlpool, I favor them over Samsung, but, paying for the upscale version should give me some upscale features. I received my Jenn Air on September 24, 2021. The following week, I was visiting my niece and noticed she had the Kitchenaide refrigerator I had been looking at. It was exactly THE SAME as my JennAir. Even the ‘Made in the USA’ sticker on the inside. The Kitchenaide refrigerator was unavailable when I was shopping. My review of this fridge is that the shelves do not extend to the back of the fridge. There is a TWO inch space at the end of the shelf and the back of the fridge. Things fall through, and down the back to the next shelf! Poor design! And it makes the cubic foot measurement quite a bit off, don’t you think, since that space can’t be used? I have an open concept home and the kitchen noises do waft into the living space. This fridge is somewhat noisier than I expected. The engine runs louder. Not annoyingly, but, I notice it. It’s quite loud when the ice drops and then fills with water, and anyone getting ice makes a lot of noise also. The handles are textured and I wasn’t expecting that look. It looks a little industrial and not designed. I am somewhat disappointed with that. I have a sleek contemporary design in my kitchen. Overall, however, I am happy with the fridge. I will give this fridge a 4 star because of the wasted space behind each shelf.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with it. I don't drink wine so I did not use the wine rack and that gives it so much more room.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The counter depth refrigerator is a delight in that it blends in perfectly with the room. It is a highly functional refrigerator with an inside water dispenser and an ice maker too.
Pros: Convenient, Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Quality Construction
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is a replacement for past refrigerator problems involving a different brand. So far we are happy with this product. It is spacious and well organized. We like the water spigot inside the refrigerator and the ice in the freezer drawer. The exterior is nice looking as well.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great look! A bit spartan on the inside for the price - very basic doors, drawers, shelves. Shelves do not extend to the back wall which is a bit disappointing. Freezer compartment design is good. Internal water dispenser is a nice feature- doesn't clutter up the front panel.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator does the job intended very well. I do not like the deli drawer; it is flimsy and awkward to use.
