Defective from day one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it a month ago and wasn’t working right from delivery. The flap is defective so it doesn’t close properly and the front doors are misaligned by 1/8 inch!

Sort of a letdown

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were excited to get this to match our awesome jennAir Wall oven combo, but Its okay, but for the cost it is not worth it. There really isn't anything you get in this brand model that you couldn't have got in another manufacturer's higher end model for less cost. The freezer lights are notorious for coming loose and are very difficult to adjust or replace with a normal size adult hand. The deli drawer can only be accessed when both doors are opened, the filters for the crisper drawers take up a lot of room and reduce they amount of space. The shelves inside do not even slide far enough back to prevent items from constantly falling down the back from one shelf to another. The water filtration system is nice benefit and when locked in place on bottom, the fridge the unit does not move back and forth like other models when opening the door and closing multiple times, but its boxy and awkward inside for storing items on the doors and in the freezer. Its a good unit, but for the proce not what we expected.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good solid refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Missing some features you would expect in high end, water and ice on the door, app connectivity. But, the ice drawer in the freezer is the best I have ever seen, the water on the inside wall is ok, the ability to keep a constant temp is good. Shelves have gap at rear wall allowing stuff to fall, but overall shelf layout is great.

Beautiful exterior design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this installed about a week ago, we are very happy with the fridge so far. We’re doing a complete kitchen remodel and chose Jen-air rise for all of our appliances with the dish washer as the only exception. Can’t wait to see everything complete and installed. We love the water on the inside feature, the only negative thing I can say is that I wished the shelving went the entire way to the back wall and there was not a gap. Seems to be a little loud at times at well. But the 2 minor complaints do not outweigh the positives of this unit.
