"Device not compatible" message

Received as a gift for use with my iPhone 6S and a new Apple Watch version 2. It works with the iPhone 6S but the Apple Watch displays an error message "Device not compatible" I'm returning it when I get the receipt.

Phone Charger Stopped Working

Got as a Christmas gift from a family member who raved about the unit. Worked for a couple weeks, but now the phone side of the unit only charges when it wants to. Have an iPhone 7plus that looks like it should be charging, but battery never actually charges. Really disappointed in the product.

Returning! It charges the iPhone just fine, but the watch only charges when it wants to. The watch displays "device not compatible," which is a bummer because the product specifically says apple certified. Apparently not. I wanted to like this, but the irregularity of the watch charger working makes me dislike it, a lot.

I needed a watch stand and got this one thinking phone too. Great but note take the claim works with most cases with this caveat. only low profile cases without covers over ports. In other words neither my wife Otter or my Pelican case would work with it.
