Good at first

I bought this for my wife last Christmas at the Apple Store. It worked great until a couple of days ago. The watch charger quit working completely, although the iphone side still works. Pulled out original witch charger and it works fine, so not the watch. For the money, I am disappointed.

Terrible when upgrading a device

I’ve had this charger for nearly a year with no issues charging my iPhone 6s. I recently upgrade my phone to the iPhone Xs and now it won’t charge. It goes from charging to not charging every few seconds. Seems ridiculous considering Apple didn’t change their charger.

We always strive to make our products future proof but this dock came to market well before these new iPhones were released and unfortunately, we found during testing that it is not compatible with the new iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, and iPhone XR.

Doesn't work with iPhone XS

I used to have an iPhone 7, it worked fine. Now I have changed for the iPhone XS, it keeps going in and out of charging. Seems to be linked all iPhones X and above, according to reviews. Do not buy if you have an iPhone XS.

Horrible product!!

Purchased 3 months ago and will not work with new phones. Apple will not make good nor Belkin. Belkin wants you to buy another one when released. Never again as they should stand behind the poor design. Shame on apple who would make good for their own brand.

TERRIBLE, per usual from Belkin

Bought this in Feb, was very pleased, however, like all Belkin products (screen protectors last about a month before cracking), within 6 months it proved obsolete. Charges for 1 second then disconnects from iPhone XS. So sad to see Apple continue to partner with Belkin when their products suck.
DO NOT BUY, DO NOT SUPPORT BELKIN!!!!
