Not compatible with new iPhones

I have had this for over a year and it has been great until I upgraded to the xs. It is not compatible.....

No longer works

I got this last year for Christmas and I love it! The ease of having my phone and my watch at the same place is awesome and it charges both quickly. However, I recently upgraded to the XS Max and it no longer charges my phone. I am so incredibly disappointed that I can’t use it anymore. I hope that there is some type of discount for people who already have a charger but aren’t forced to buy a new one now, otherwise I will be getting rid of this charger and never buying another Belkin product.

Great dual dock - until you upgrade your phone!

Had this for a while, very happy with it, tidies up the table. However be aware that it won't charge the newer iPhones...

I bought this a little over a month ago, now its useless since I upgraded to iphone XR. if you are going to put a hefty price tag on it, at least make it compatible with most recent version of iphone/iwatch..

Not compatible with newer iPhones :(

While the dock itself is a good product and looks great, I am very disappointed that such an expensive dock does not support the newer iPhones even though it is a certified lightning product and older Apple chargers still charge newer phones without any problems. It is already problematic that important technological changes produce tons of ewaste each year, so that I find it unacceptable that this dock does not charge newer phones with identical connectors.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pretty decent Doesn't last very long though.

I've had this for 3yrs very nice and convient. Until the iPhone Charging tip stopped working. It doesn't charge anymore and I am very disappointed especially for the pricing of this thing

Worked great until iPhone Xs

Doesn't work with iPhone Xs. It charges for all of 5 seconds, disconnects, and then starts charging again. I'm sure that is terrible for the battery.

Nice Product

I have had this for 3 months now. (Purchased at my local Apple Store.) Yes, it is a bit pricey. However, it does very well on my night stand. I love that I can charge my phone and my watch on the same unit. I like that I can charge with or without a case with the adjustment knob on the back of the charging unit. I also like that I don't have to use my charging cables. It makes my nightstand not look cluttered with cords and I am able to keep the original cords for travel.
My only complaint is that the Watch Band Support circumference is to large to wrap my 38mm Modern Buckle Band (size M) and connect the band (as you would on your wrist). Without being able to clasp my band, it sits on the charger very loosely. There have been mornings that I have found my watch on the floor (I assume my cat must have accidentaly bumped it off. I have tried charging my watch without the Watch Band Support and my watch clasped, it actually seems less secure as the watch watch seems to rotate to the left.
Belkin could you please make a smaller version to the Watch Band Support to help support the watch/bands for those of us with normal to smaller wrists.
