Hard to remove phone from dock

when lift phone off dock, pulls up whole dock, difficult to detach phone. Case is not in the way, case is not the issue

Stopped working!!!

Not worth the money. Product stopped working after only a few months!!!!

Great product thus far, just purchased

I just purchased this item last month, and so far I am very happy with this product. The main reason that I purchased was to get have one central charging station for my Apple Watch and iPhone 7. I am very pleased with the aesthetics as this is a very nicely made product. More to follow after I have owned it for awhile.
When I saw this product I knew I had to have it. It's been a month now and I could not be happier. Small footprint and easy to use.

Valet charging review

I recieved this gift for christmas and I was very excited. The watch charging works great but the phone charger doesnt work at all. Product is not worth the money

Looks great but no longer works properly.

I bought mine last year and loved the sharp look. Unfortunately with my new iPhone X the dock is constantly connecting and disconnecting. The watch seems to charge fine, but having the phone constantly vibrate and the screen light up is a reminder that it's not working correctly. I imagine it's not good for the battery either. Not sure if this is a common issue or not.

Will not charge iohone

I got the charger as a Christmas gift and I have had no problems (loved it) until now. The watch will charge, but my iPhone 7 plus will not. It kept connecting/disconnecting (vibrating). Now it will not charge at all. I pulled out my old phone charger and the phone charges. I’ve had this valet less than 6 months so I am disappointed.
