Best charging dock I've ever bought (twice)

I love this charging dock. It's stylish, high quality, and works great. I also appreciate that it includes the charging cable (vs. having to use my own, which is the case with most similar products).

This product is exactly what I wanted and needed. Not only does the dock look great, with a sleek minimalist look, but it is extremely sturdy and well-made. The base is appropriately heavy, so that the dock doesn't move around accidentally. The support bar provides a backing for the iPhone to lean against and a perfect cradle for the Apple Watch. The Lightning jack, which flexes front to back, can be adjusted up or down several millimeters to accommodate varying sizes of cases. I have a standard iPhone 6s case and have no difficulty setting the phone on the jack as I place it on the stand (no fumbling to get the jack in the port, etc.).
The best thing about the design of this dock relative to others which purport to do the same thing is that the lightning jack and magnetic watch cradle are integrated into the dock. I don't need to thread and fish my cables through a channel or hole to charge my devices. My cables can now be easily used to charge my devices at work or while traveling, without the need to remove them from a dock. The device is powered by a single cord that plugs into the back of the dock.
Since criticism is appropriate to a review, I would share two issues where this dock doesn't do something I had hoped to have and saw in other choices: 1) There are no additional USB ports on the dock to plug in additional devices (e.g., an iPad). 2) the watch cradle doesn't allow for the watch to hang sideways, enabling nightstand mode. Although I wanted both of these features, the great increase in quality and performance far outweighs the value of these two missing items.

While the charging stand was a good product, we returned it because of 2 problems. First, the watch portion only allows it to rest as on a wrist, but the Apple Watch has to sit sideways if you use it for an alarm clock which my husband does, so it didn't work as he needed. Second, he uses a protective case for his iPhone and the charger could not connect unless he removed it from the case and he didn't want to do that daily, so it didn't work for him. It was unfortunately, as I was hoping to combine these into a single charging station and clean up the bedside table. The stand itself is very good, but didn't suit his particular needs.

Had for 4 months and stopped working!

I bought this charger a few months ago and it was working great until a week ago when it just stopped working! I tried using different outlets or just trying a device at a time, both to no avail! For what I paid for it, I have to admit it's a bit disappointing.

Had over a month and constantly battle the iPhone charger! Please beware, great concept, but wont chatge all the time. Not worth the money at all. Shame as it is very nice looking!

Great product...until I reached the 7th month

This product was everything I was looking for: Super sleek, compact, and charged my phone and watch super quick! I even loved the angle at which the watch is charging at - really get for nightstand mode. Now (out of nowhere!) my iPhone X continually vibrates and doesn't charge. Not only is it really annoying, but I am concerned about the phone's battery health. Needless to say, I am really disappointed.
