Great Cooler

This is the best room cooler that I have used. I live in Arizona and like my bedroom really cold at night. This evaporative cooler does a great job, has a large water capacity, and is very quiet on night mode. Highly recommended.

Great customer service so far

Bought this about 10 months ago the pump went out then the fan the company offered to send me anther unit just like the warranty says will update when I get it but they seem to be very quick to reply to any issues and the product was used ask day everyday for that time period pretty much so decent product for the price just wish the range was further it sends to have to be right on top of you to cool you down in summer heat.

Great features, cold air, easy to use

I bought this last year in MI, it gets humid here so this tower fan is perfect for it. Blow cool cold air, easy functions, easy to use. Would definitely recommend.

love everything but the auto shut off

works great but shuts its self off at 15 hours. Is there a way to turn off this feature??

Works Really Well!

I got this water cooler after moving into an apartment with no central air and it has truly been a life saver! It is fairly easy to use and navigate. You can use the fan or the air cooler by simply putting ice water in the tub connect to the bottom half. My favorite feature is the “silent/hush mode” because it keeps me cool at night without being too loud. I definitely recommend purchasing. The company was also more than willing to help with any questions or concerns.
