This product is awesome!! I live in a large travel trailer with only one air conditioner that was not cooling in all areas. This evaporative cooler has solved that problem. I’m very satisfied with this purchase.

Not sure what is wrong with mine

Mine keeps beeping at me which is saying there is no water in the tank. It's full. Faulty? I've cleaned it and everything it told me to do. Still beeping

It dose work better then a fan but don't think it will keep a whole room closed if it's next to you great if not don't think they will ever beat a real AC unit.

Bad features

This item could be much better if the cooling system will cool a few degrees I didn’t notice any cooling at all, vortex rotating fan stopped working on both units that I purchased two different house holds were being used. Not a great item on my opinion. Great customer service on return policy thank you support team.

Best Bang for your Buck!! Love Everything about this unit. 5 gallon water tank, wide coverage area, easy to add water on top, Powerful cooling and Well thought Design. Could not be Happier with this unit.
