I HAVE BEEN USING MY NEWAIR EVAPORATIVE COOLER FOR A WHILE NOW, AND IT PERFORMS GREAT. PROVIDES COOL MIST AIR TO DRY WARM ROOMS, AND REGULAR FAN OPERATION KEEPS THE TEMPS. DOWN ALL YEAR LONG.THE BIG CAPACITY TANK LASTS A LONG TIME. IT HS MANY FEATURES THAT I LOVE, I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS UNIT TO COOL OFF YOUR SPACE. THANK YOU NEWAIR.

I really like all the features this unit has, very easy to use , easy to clean. The tank has an extra big capacity and can last all week. Really helps put humidity back into to the air during winter and cools the whole room during summer. I wood definitely purchase again thank you

Best multi-use unit

I had purchased this unit to replace my ac. Amazed at how well this unit works. It can blow very strong and it can be very quite if you need it to. It has different mode you can use for different rooms. Water tank is perfect to put some ice packs in case colder air is needed. Love how easy is to clean and if anything goes wrong with the pad, it is just a replacement away. Though i have to say, it really helps my house to stay cool. I would recomend this unit.

This chiller is great! We use it to keep cool overnight next to a cracked open window. Also customer service has been very helpful with replacement pads/pumps due to hard water.

It works well, and is quiet, with a slim footprint.

I bought this for my son. After some awkward customer service maneuverings, it was shipped to his address. He's very happy with it. He says it's quiet, efficient, and has a slim footprint. He also appreciates the 5 gallon water reservoir. My only poor mark comes from how my credit card was not accepted (through no fault of mine) when I attempted to transact through the website. After a couple of emails and phone calls, the order finally went through- making it late for his birthday. All in all, we're happy with the product itself.
