This air cooler definitely fits the bill. It's easy to set up and I could tell a difference in my office in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend this.

The Best Evaporated Cooler!

Frigidaire evaporated cooler is easy to use! I used it in the kitchen and the cool air blast into the room. All I have to do is add water on the top of the unit. I opened the flap and pour the water into the container. It goes straight into a bin at the bottom where cooler shows me the minimum and maximum level. Then I turn on the cooler and that’s it! It works fast! There are different settings on how cool I want the room. I can have the fan and the cooler running at the same time! It is a quiet and portable machine. The cooler has wheels at the bottom for me to move the machine from room to room. I love it! A great alternative to AC! A must buy!

This evaporation cooler and fan has become a lifesaver for us! We purchased a 120+ year old home, and while it does have central AC, the upstairs of the home never gets cooled and is always much warmer than the rest of the home. This was the perfect solution for exactly what we needed! It cools up to over 600 sq. feet of space, our space is a little bit more than this and it cools all of it! The kids are happy, and our electric bill is going to be happy! You can use the evaporation cooling for dry days, and fan for more humid days. Here in Indiana, we have both! The quiet fan setting is great, it doesn't distract anyone. The removable water tank is easy enough for even the kids to use. It comes with a remote control and is lightweight (had no problem carrying up our stairs!). Compared to other similar products, this one is the most affordable with the best quality.

This chiller is great! We use it to keep cool overnight next to a cracked open window. Also customer service has been very helpful with replacement pads/pumps due to hard water.

Extremely impressed with this cooler. The way the top part clips on the tank is perfect, you can actually clean any mold and buildup that might happen with continuous usage. This is not the case for most swamp coolers! The tank is a really good size that will definitely last you through the night and then some. I like how easily accessible the cooling medium is, and how the tank can be filled either from the top or with the top section removed. It's a small footprint for the cooling you get, so you can put it in a doorway and still walk around it. The speed settings are great. I will say that angling the register up doesn't seem to have an effect, but that hasn't diminished it's cooling performance.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Doesn't stay cool long, Even after adding three bags of ice. Best to just by a portable ac unit and have it vented.

I just received this product & I love that it is lightweight & the rollers on it make it easy to move around. Also, the features are great. Even better setup was easy. I was not sure if it was going to make a loud noise when in operation & it did not (very quiet). I have bought this brand before & have not been disappointed. Also, just want to say thank you Liz (Customer Service Dept). You were great! If I could have given you more than a 10, I would have.
