I bought this cooler and it worked for few months. Christina customer service rep was very helpful and got me a replacement. Its’s working fine so far.

couldn't be happier with this product..remote control, quiet, various speeds, doesn't have an "ugly" appearance..YES I highly recommend this product~

This pushes air really well. Love the sleep feature. Top load for water is great. This gets really cold. So glad I bought this.

Great Evap cooler

Have been using it for a few weeks and love its performance. Cools my small house very nicely. Especially pleased with the Customer Service provided by Ingrid. I had more than a few questions for her and she was always quick to response and patient. A great ambassador for the Company.

Great Cooler!!

I am very happy with my evaporative cooler! What a difference it makes in warm weather!! I did have to contact support as the pump went out, but I spoke to Melissa in support via chat (which is super easy) and she was QUICK to replace the pump without a hassle!

I use this product daily, especially in the mornings when I don't need to use a high powered fan. I love the cooling function the most as it cools the entire room while leaving the windows open for fresh air. What I like the least about it is the cleaning and ice packs, The ice packs should be doubled in size for lasting cooling effects.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Does a sufficient job

Was hoping it would provide better cooling like a window air conditioner, but it did not. It did help cool our breezeway so it was bareable on very hot day.
I would recommend this to a friend!
