This evaporative cooler made living on the top floor of a old brick house bearable this summer, with sweltering heat waves in the city this was an amazing unit.

THE BEST FAN EVER!!

This is seriously the greatest product I have ever owned! I use it every night in my room and it immediately cools my room off without having to lower the air conditioning. This is perfect because it is on wheels and can be rolled to another room for use if desired. I will move it to the living room when people are over then back to my room to sleep! It has many settings that mimic nature settings or will run constantly if thats what you like. I also love that it comes with a remote so I never have to get up once in bed. There is also a silent mode that allows air to circulate without being too loud. My favorite feature is the evaportive cooling. You fill the base with water and when on it used the water to cool off your room and it really works well. I can definitely feel the difference when this feature is on. I would recommend this product to everyone and anyone looking for a great quality tower fan.

Currently @ 68-69, raised the setting on my Central AC 2-3 degrees 74-77 . Im putiing Frozen water bottles in Bottom tank and a smaller bottle in top tank with
cap off. Goal is to keep water on evaporate pad as cool as possible

This Frigidaire Evaporative Air Cooler and Tower Fan is amazing. I did not expect to love it as much as I do but this is an excellent product. It has four different strengths as well as a feature where the air oscillates and a feature where it imitates nature by using fluctuating strengths as if the wind was picking up and slowing down. It can be very light or quite powerful. It is very effective with cooling the room down as well. It is surprisingly powerful. It even has a remote so you don't have to get up to change the setting or to turn it on or off. Now I want one of these in every room in my home! I highly recommend this product.

It dose work better then a fan but don't think it will keep a whole room closed if it's next to you great if not don't think they will ever beat a real AC unit.
